Payment
Agrain v./ Circular Food Technology accepts payment by Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and are incl. VAT. Agrain v./ Circular Food Technology uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

Delivery
Agrain v./ Circular Food Technology delivers on all working days, with orders placed before 12.00. Delivery takes about 1-3 workdays.

Complaints
A warranty of 2 years is given according to the purchase law. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. The claim does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product/service. Agrain v./ Circular Food Technology will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refund
If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.

Right of withdrawal
We give a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our Webshop. The period starts from the day you receive the order. Return costs are at your own expense. Cancellation must be notified to us within 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must within 14 days after return the shipment. The notification must be given by email to contact@agrainproducts.com. In the notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send with return. You can find it here: Cancellation form.

The condition of the goods when you return them
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item is tried on beyond what is described above, we will consider it used, which means that if you cancel your purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item. So to get a full refund, you have to do the same as you would in a physical shop. You may test the product, but not actually use it.

If you have a complaint about a product purchased in our Webshop, you can send a complaint to:

You can complain to the Centre for Complaints Resolution via the Complaints Portal of the House of Representatives: https://kpo.naevneneshus.dk/. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you can register your complaint on the EU Commission's online complaints platform. The platform can be found here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
